The warranty for equipment:
Optometry and ophthalmic instruments: 1 year since the date you receive it.
Optical Laboratory Machines: half a year since the date you receive it.
If you have any trouble for the equipment, please email us and send us the relevant pictures or video.
We will get back to you promptly.
We offer the maintenance and repair services for free during the warranty period, but we will charge the fee under the following conditions:

Do not use, maintain, store the instruments according to operation instruction.

Take apart or amend the instruments without the permission of Manufacturer, which cause damage.
3
Damages is caused by accidents, use wrongly or caused by other major nature factors.
